For managers
Most of what Pyn sends a manager is about someone else: a new starter joining your team next week, a buddy to nominate, a 30-day check-in to book, an anniversary to mark. The People team writes these messages once and Pyn sends them to whoever manages the person at the time, so you receive them without being a Pyn user.
What you might receive
Section titled “What you might receive”- Preparation nudges: “Alex starts on Monday”, a week before a start date, with a checklist or a link to a guide.
- Asks with a button or form: nominate a buddy, confirm equipment is ordered, complete a probation review. These are tracked, so Pyn can remind you and, if you still do not act, tell your own manager or HR business partner.
- Check-in prompts at 30, 60 or 90 days and at anniversaries, often with a suggested agenda.
- Escalation notices when someone on your team has not acted on something they were asked to do.
What nudges and escalations look likeReminders repeat the message; escalations tell someone else, and what the notice says.
