Archive an automation
Archiving sets the automation to Inactive and removes it from the list. Nobody new is enrolled; anyone already enrolled still receives their remaining steps. Use Deactivate instead when you expect to switch the flow back on.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Archiving needs the admin or owner role.
- To stop messages that are already scheduled, stop each enrollment under Enrollments before or after archiving. Archiving alone does not cancel them.
-
In Pyn, open Flows in the left navigation, then Automations.
-
Open the … menu at the right of the row and select Archive. Inside the editor, select the mode button, then Change Mode, then Archive (“Archive this flow. Archived flows are also considered inactive.”).
-
Confirm. The row disappears from the table.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”The automation is gone from Automations. Its enrollments remain under Enrollments and finish on schedule.
