Stop an enrollment
Someone was enrolled by mistake, has left, or no longer needs the rest of the sequence. Stopping the enrollment cancels its scheduled steps and marks it Complete; nothing further sends.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You are a workspace admin or owner. Other roles do not see Stop.
-
In Pyn, open Activity in the left navigation. It opens on All Enrollments.
-
Find the enrollment with Filters or Find, and select its row to open the panel.
-
In the panel’s actions menu (the … button), select Stop.
-
In the confirmation, Stop this enrollment? Anything still to be sent will be cancelled., select OK.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”The enrollment’s status becomes Complete and its Progress stops where it was. Steps that were Scheduled or Draft are completed without sending; steps that had already sent keep their deliveries, so the recipient still has their messages and can still complete any action. The enrollment stays in All Enrollments. An enrollment that is still Paused can be removed instead: its menu offers Archive, which stops it and takes it off the list.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Review and unpause enrollments for enrollments that have not started.
- Pause a scheduled message to hold one step.
