Cohort Templates
A cohort template describes who an automation is for: the lifecycle stage, the groups and the reference date. Automations reuse cohort templates so you define an audience once.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Create a cohort template
- Choose the reference date an automation counts from
- Preview who a cohort matches today
Where it is in the app
Section titled “Where it is in the app”Open /flows/home in Pyn and select Cohort Templates, or open Flows in the primary navigation on the left of every page.
