A sender lost its connection overnight and twenty emails bounced before anyone noticed. Rather than resend them one by one in Activity, the **Delivery bounced** notice collects them and resends them together.

## Before you start

- Fix the cause first. The notice's message gives the recipient, message, flow and **Reason**; a sender problem is fixed in **Settings**, a wrong address in **Directory**. A resend before the fix bounces again, and each delivery can be resent only once.

## Steps

1. In Pyn, open **Notices** in the left navigation.

2. Find the row titled **Delivery bounced**. **Item** names the sender it bounced from.

3. Select the row to open the panel and read **Subject**: every bounced delivery attached to the notice, each opening in Activity if you want to check it.

4. Back on the row, select **Resend**. The dialog **Resend Bounced Deliveries** reads **You are about to resend N deliveries. Are you sure you want to continue?**

5. Select **Resend**.

> **Note:** Pyn resends only the deliveries on the notice that are still **Bounced** and have not been resent; one you already resent from its step page is skipped. The notice is closed and archived as part of the action.

## What you should see

The notice leaves **Open**. In **Activity**, each original delivery reads **Bounced\*** and a new delivery for the same recipient reads **Scheduled**, then **Delivered**. If a resend bounces too, a new **Delivery bounced** notice appears; fix the cause and resend that delivery another way, for example by enrolling the person again.
