Images and short videos belong in the body of a message or a piece of content. The editor's media picker offers two sources: a file from your computer, which is uploaded and kept with the message, or a file already in the Library.

## Before you start

- You are editing a step's message in Flows or a piece of content in the Library.

## Steps

1. Place the cursor in the body where the media should go.

2. In the editor toolbar select the image button. The **Choose media** picker opens full screen.

3. On the **Local** tab, select **Upload from your computer** and choose a file, or drop a file onto that tile. Files you have already uploaded to this message or content are listed beside it.

4. Or select the **From Library** tab and select a tile from the workspace's media.

5. The media is inserted at the cursor. Select it to set its alignment, or drag its corner to resize an image.

6. Select **Publish** on the automation or the content when you are done.

> **Note:** A file you upload from **Local** is scanned before it displays, so a preview can take a moment to appear and the image cannot be resized or realigned until the scan is **Clean**.

## What you should see

The image or video shows in the body and in the step's preview. In email, Slack and Teams the file is delivered as part of the message; on a content page it loads with the page.
