The board reads left to right and top to bottom as the employee's timeline, so order matters. You move cards and columns by dragging them; the new order is saved as soon as you drop and stays when you come back.

## Before you start

- You are a workspace admin.
- You are on **Whole Journey** or another view that shows the moments you want to move.

## Steps

1. In Pyn, open **Journey** in the left navigation.

2. To move a moment, press and hold its card, then drag it. A drop zone appears between every pair of cards in every column.

3. Drop the card on the zone where it belongs. Dropping it in another column moves it to that category as well.

4. To move a category, press and hold its heading chip and drag it. Drop zones appear between the columns.

5. Drop the column where it belongs. The other columns shift to make room.

## What you should see

The card or column sits where you dropped it and the rest of the board has closed the gap. Reload the page and the order is the same. The **Table** view type and the Library's grouping by moment follow this order too.

## Troubleshooting

- **The drop zones next to the card I am dragging do nothing.** Dropping a moment directly above or below its own position is a no-op. Choose a different zone.
- **A card snapped back.** The save failed, usually because your connection dropped. Drag it again.
