Pyn uses one name for each thing, in the app and on this site. The definitions below are the short form; each links to the page with the detail. Terms marked *(Pyn 1)* belong to the previous product and are listed so you can recognise them; they are not used in Pyn 2.

**Actioned**
: The delivery status once the recipient used a tracked button or submitted a form. See [Delivery statuses](https://support.pynhq.com/flows/steps/reference-delivery-statuses/).

**Add-on**

See [How audiences match](https://support.pynhq.com/directory/employee-groups/how-audiences-match/).

**Auth link**

**Automation**
: A trigger, an audience and a published sequence of steps that enrols employees and sends to them relative to a reference date. See [Automations](https://support.pynhq.com/flows/automations/).
