An export gives you the list of automations as a spreadsheet for an audit, a stakeholder review or a migration plan.

## Before you start

- Exports are generated in the background and delivered as a download only to the person who requested them.

## Steps

1. In Pyn, open **Flows** in the left navigation, then **Automations**.

2. Apply any **Filters** or **Sort** you want reflected in the file.

3. Select **Table** at the left of the toolbar to open the view menu, then **Export Data**.

4. Open **Notices** when the download notice arrives and select the file.

## What you should see

A CSV with one row per automation and the table's columns. Downloads expire, so save the file.
