Someone was enrolled by mistake, has left, or no longer needs the rest of the sequence. Stopping the enrollment cancels its scheduled steps and marks it **Complete**; nothing further sends.

## Before you start

- You are a workspace admin or owner. Other roles do not see **Stop**.

## Steps

1. In Pyn, open **Activity** in the left navigation. It opens on **All Enrollments**.

2. Find the enrollment with **Filters** or **Find**, and select its row to open the panel.

3. In the panel's actions menu (the **...** button), select **Stop**.

4. In the confirmation, **Stop this enrollment? Anything still to be sent will be cancelled.**, select **OK**.

> **Caution:** Stopping cannot be undone. To hold a single message rather than the whole enrollment, [Pause a scheduled message](https://support.pynhq.com/activity/messages/pause-a-scheduled-message/) instead.

## What you should see

The enrollment's status becomes **Complete** and its **Progress** stops where it was. Steps that were **Scheduled** or **Draft** are completed without sending; steps that had already sent keep their deliveries, so the recipient still has their messages and can still complete any action. The enrollment stays in **All Enrollments**. An enrollment that is still **Paused** can be removed instead: its menu offers **Archive**, which stops it and takes it off the list.
