You tried to sign in and Pyn showed a message instead of your workspace, or it showed a workspace you did not expect. Find the message below and follow the fix.

## Messages on the sign-in page

| You see | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **See you again soon** and "You have successfully signed out." | You signed out, or your session ended one day after it started. | Sign in again with any option. |
| "The magic link has expired or already been used. Try signing in again." | Magic links last 30 minutes and work once. | Select **Continue with Magic Link** and request a new one. |
| An error line asking you to try signing in again | Something failed on the way back from Google, Microsoft or the magic link. | Select the same option again. If it repeats, try a different option for the same email address. |
| **Email not found** under the SSO email field | No workspace has connected single sign-on for that email domain. | Check the address, or use Google, Microsoft or a magic link instead. See [Sign in with SSO](https://support.pynhq.com/account/sign-in/sign-in-with-sso/). |
| **Something went wrong, please try again** under the SSO email field | The lookup failed on the network. | Select **Continue** again. |

## Pages after sign-in that are not your workspace

| You see | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Create a Workspace for your team** | No workspace is linked to the email address you signed in with. | If you were invited, the invitation went to a different address: sign out and sign in with that one, or ask the admin to invite this one. If you are setting Pyn up, carry on: see [Create a workspace](https://support.pynhq.com/account/workspaces/create-a-workspace/). |
| **Switch Workspace** with a list | Your address is linked to more than one workspace. | Select the one you want. See [Switch workspace](https://support.pynhq.com/account/workspaces/switch-workspace/). |
| **Sorry!** with **Early Access Only** | Your email address or domain is not on the list Pyn allows to create workspaces. | If you were invited to an existing workspace, use the invited address. Otherwise contact `sales@pynhq.com`, as the page says. |

## Inside a workspace, but not what you expected

- **You see Home, Journey, Library and Activity but not Flows, Directory or Settings.** Your role is **User**. **Power User** adds Flows; **Admin** and **Owner** add Directory, Addons and Settings. Ask an admin to change your role: see [Roles and permissions](https://support.pynhq.com/getting-started/roles-and-permissions/).
- **A yellow bar runs down the left edge of the navigation.** You are in a sandbox workspace, not your live one. Open the profile menu and select **Switch Workspace**.
- **A banner says You're in Playground Mode.** This workspace holds sample data for exploring Pyn. Select **Exit** on the banner, or **Exit Playground Mode** in the profile menu, to return to your own workspaces.
